Christopher Littrell is a Christian, husband, father, veteran, retired police officer, endurance athlete, and storyteller committed to helping others experience life change.
Married at nineteen, Christopher and his wife, Jaimie, have weathered life’s highest peaks and deepest valleys together. Their journey has included military service, law enforcement, loss, healing, and ultimately, growth. These shared experiences forged the foundation for Christopher’s passion for family, leadership, and wellness.
Christopher began his professional journey in the U.S. Air Force, where discipline, teamwork, and service to others shaped his early adulthood. After completing his military service, he answered a new calling—law enforcement. Over a distinguished career, he served as a patrol officer, detective, school resource officer, SWAT team member, special deputy US Marshal, and law enforcement leader, investigating some of society’s most difficult crimes, including child abuse and death. Those years on the front lines offered profound insight into humanity—its beauty, its darkness, and its capacity for resilience.
After retiring from law enforcement, Christopher turned his focus to helping others heal and lead well. Through his company, Gravity Consulting & Training, and the Gravity Podcast, he now speaks, writes, and teaches on leadership, post-traumatic growth, and the importance of emotional intelligence in high-stress professions.
His book, Echoes from the Street – A Police Officer’s Journey through Trauma, Recovery, and Redemption, shares real stories from his career and the lessons learned through confronting pain, finding faith, and rediscovering purpose.
When he’s not writing or teaching, you’ll likely find Christopher training for his next triathlon, cheering on his kids, sneaking away to the Oregon Coast, or enjoying a quiet morning with Jaimie—grateful for the second chances that come with time, love, and healing. Christopher and Jaimie are the proud parents to four daughters and live in Washington State.
